TutorPapa ("we") operates www.tutorpapa.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details: name, email, phone number, city and role.
Tutor profile details you choose to publish: photo, qualifications, subjects, fees.
Requirements and demo requests you submit, which are shared with matched tutors.
Orders and payment status (card details are handled by our payment partner, never stored by us).
Learning activity such as course progress and live class registrations.

How we use it

To match students with tutors, deliver courses and live classes, send reminders and receipts, prevent fraud, and improve TutorPapa. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

When you request a tutor, your name, phone and requirement are shared with relevant tutors. We use trusted service providers for hosting, email, video and payments.

Your choices

You can update your profile anytime, or ask us to delete your account by writing to info@tutorpapa.com.

Grievance Officer

Questions or complaints about your personal data can be sent to our Grievance Officer, who will acknowledge them within 24 hours and resolve them within the time required by law. See also our grievance redressal process.
