How services are delivered

Recorded courses: available in your account immediately after the payment is confirmed.
Live classes: your seat is confirmed immediately; the joining link is shown in your dashboard and sent by email before the class.
Tuition sessions: delivered online or at home by the tutor at the date and time shown in My bookings in your account.
Plans: activated on your account immediately after payment.

Confirmation

You receive an on-screen confirmation and a payment receipt for every order. If access is not available within 2 hours of a successful payment, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

Service area

Online services are available across India and internationally; home tuition is offered in the cities listed on the website.
