Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to all payments made on www.tutorpapa.com. TutorPapa is a brand of OptiStaff Solutions Private Limited.

Tuition sessions (tutor bookings)

• Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the session start time — full refund.
• Cancellations by the learner later than that may be charged 50% of the session fee; the rest is refunded.
• If the tutor or TutorPapa cancels, or the tutor does not attend, you get a full refund.

Live classes

Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the class starts. No refund after the class has started, except when the class is cancelled by us or the tutor.

Recorded courses

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 30% of the course has been watched.

Plans and subscriptions

Plans can be cancelled any time; they stay active until the end of the paid period. A plan may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if it has not been used.

Duplicate or failed payments

If money was debited but the payment failed, or you were charged twice, the amount is refunded automatically.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet) through our payment partner Razorpay, normally within 5–7 working days after approval, depending on your bank.

How to ask for a refund

Cancel the booking from My bookings in your account, or write to mytutorpapa@gmail.com / call 8188998866 with your order number. Unresolved issues can be raised through our grievance process.
